The best way to unwind after a long day?

Is with a long hot soak...

One of the most fun things to make is bath bombs! The colours, the fizz, the scents and also the fresh ingredients can completely transform having a bath!! As my precious nephew would call it....baaaaaaaaath timeeeeee!!

I came across a 3 hour course years ago, and it was titled 'Bath Fizzies', that really intrigued me and I found myself signing up for it.

I had so much fun! We first had to do the health and safety part and learn the history and we then went into making and experimenting. I’d love to do the course again, as it was so fascinating experimenting and learning what ingredients and scents mix well and complement each other!

On the day we were taught, if the Bath bombs don't fizz within 3 seconds, it's not a good batch! I have gone with this mantra and it has never failed me! Whenever I make a batch, testing the bath bombs is the most stressful thing and those few seconds to when the bath bomb hits the water is so nerve wracking!!!!! If the water doesn't fizz instantly, it's back to the drawing board!

Experimenting with the colours was the best part for me, it's amazing how you can make a bath bomb from various salts, powders, scents and colours, and I also use fresh ingredients such as fresh rose petals, fresh lavender, fresh lemon zest, etc.

From making the bath bombs I then went on to scenting, colouring and mixing bath salts, and my goodness these have been such a huge hit!

The bath bombs and the bath salts are perfect gifts to put in pamper hampers, survival kits, stocking fillers, teachers gifts, etc.

In both the bath bombs and bath salts I only ever use Pink Himalayan Salt. Himalayan salt is believed to help with everything from...respiratory conditions like allergies and asthma, boosting circulation, calming inflammations on skin, relieving tension/stress on body.

Below is our range of bath bombs.

Spoil yourself and soothe mind, body and soul.
