Delivery

If you are not in when we try to deliver and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, a card will be left, where you will be able to collect your item at your local post office/delivery depot. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept refunded minus delivery charge.

If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, please add these instructions at the checkout. You may also add some additional information to help the courier find your delivery address.

At present we do not ship outside of the UK but please call us if you would like us to estimate a delivery cost for you.

All Deliveries are packed in the best possible materials to protect your items and the environment and should arrive in immaculate condition.
